Operator first.
Builder by trade.
Two decades scaling tech and education businesses. Today I work as a fractional Chief AI Officer — building the AI and automation infrastructure that most providers still talk about and never ship.
My career started in tech - mainly web-development, moved through product and platform leadership, and now sits where strategy, capital and execution meet. I have led teams through hyper-growth, through restructuring, through acquisition — and I bring the scar tissue from each of those moments into every engagement.
I am most useful to founders and leadership teams who want a partner that actually builds. Not frameworks for the sake of frameworks. Working systems, in production, with a named owner and a date.
I currently split my time between fractional CAIO engagements with various businesses, CRO at 9H Digital and a handful of non-executive director seats where I sit on the governance side of the table. Operators give boards reality. Boards give operators perspective. Both make the build better.
AI is a delivery problem.
Not a discussion topic. Most teams need fewer decks and more shipped systems.
Clarity beats process.
Most "process problems" are deferred decisions in disguise.
The right operator outdelivers a full-time hire.
Embedded part-time, in the first 90 days, at a fraction of the cost.
